A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes will result in the loss of the deposit.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.

The remaining balance is due the day of service.

No refunds on deposits, services, products, or gift cards.

Consultations and patch tests are available but not required. Clients who decline assume responsibility for their service selection and any reactions.

By booking, the client agrees to all policies listed above.
