Service Description
Enjoy a complimentary 15-minute consultation designed to understand your goals, assess suitability, and recommend the best treatment options for you. This session allows us to discuss expectations, healing, pricing, and answer any questions before booking a service. No pressure, just expert guidance tailored to you.
Booking Policy
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day changes will result in the loss of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. The remaining balance is due the day of service. No refunds on deposits, services, products, or gift cards. Consultations and patch tests are available but not required. Clients who decline assume responsibility for their service selection and any reactions. By booking, the client agrees to all policies listed above.
